Kad Media provides digital services, including but not limited to website design & development, automation solutions, branding, and IT support.
The scope of services will be defined in the quotation, invoice, or project agreement shared with the client.
All services require 50% advance payment before commencement.
The remaining balance must be cleared upon project delivery, before the release of final files or website launch.
Payments once made are non-refundable (see our Refund & Cancellation Policy).
Clients must provide complete and accurate information, content, and approvals on time.
Delays in providing content or feedback may extend the project timeline.
Kad Media is not responsible for delays caused by the client.
Each project includes 1 round of minor revisions free of cost, unless otherwise stated.
Additional revisions, new features, or changes outside the agreed scope will be billed separately.
Major scope changes may require a revised quotation.
Upon full payment, the client owns the final deliverables (website, designs, digital assets) created specifically for their project.
Kad Media retains the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials.
All pre-existing tools, frameworks, plugins, and code remain the intellectual property of Kad Media or their respective owners.
Some services may rely on third-party platforms (hosting, plugins, APIs, payment gateways).
Kad Media is not liable for issues, downtime, or limitations caused by third-party providers.
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information shared during the project.
Kad Media may use project details (non-sensitive) for portfolio and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Kad Media will make every effort to deliver high-quality services. However, we are not liable for:
Indirect or consequential losses.
Business losses due to downtime, errors, or third-party failures.
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific project.
Either party may terminate a project with written notice.
In case of termination, payments made are non-refundable, and completed work up to the date of termination may be provided.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India, and disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Nashik, Maharashtra.
